Excellent service

A massive thank you to Melvin and his team from MTN Menlyn for going above and beyond to put the customer first. He was willing to put his personal arrangements aside to help resolve system errors, even after closing time on a Friday evening. He also kept transparency with constant updates and showed excellent leadership skills by putting special arrangements in place for the rest of the team to assist (please extend my gratitude to Tshepo, George, Ezekiel and everyone not mentioned herein).
