Excellent service at MTN Newton Park

<p>I recently found that my phone just died. I visited the repair centre just to hear that it is not repairable.. Very frustrating. However, I knew that I could upgrade within one month and decided to visit MTN to find out if they could assist me with an early upgrade. I was lucky to be assisted by Neria Yose at the Telkom centre in Cape Road, Newton Park. I badly needed a new phone and Neria understood my need; she contacted Retentions and informed them of my predicament. Well, I have my new phone :-) Just wanted to say thank you to Neria and also to Sphelele Shange of Retentions. You understood my needs and went out of your way to assist me. I was strongly considering taking my contract to Vodacom before this happened. I am now a happy MTN customer again. Thank you Neria and Sphelele for your professional, friendly assistance and your competence. It is quite rare in our hurried lives nowadays. </p>
