Excellent service

I went to the MTN store at Mall of Africa on Friday 1st September 2023 to have my contact upgraded. I Was assisted by a very friendly and articulate gentleman by the name Quentin. Not only did he make the process easier and efficient but he he kept me updated on the process of my application. I know we always complain about bad customer service but in this case I was just want to say MTN needs more staff like Quentin, people like him take pride in their jobs.
