Excellent service
It's employees like Geanelle Niadoo that makes staying a customer of MTN so easy. I called today for an upgrade on a contract and you could actually hear the smile and happy-go-lucky attitude over the phone from the woman assisting me. <br> She was extremely professional, diligent, friendly and above all a pleasure to do business with. <br> She is a shining example of what call center personal should try to live up to.
