Excellent Service

This morning 28 February 2016 someone sim swapped my number, called in to MTN and was being sent to pillar to post. I was even told to do an affidavit to confirm the number is mine which I needed to fax which I did. With all this done now one couldn't help me.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> I called again later in the day however was told to call after an hour. That's were I got into contact with this young lady called Thembekile who was totally helpful and did her job very well and assisted me very well.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> She didn't send me to pillar to post but helped me with the problem at hand. Here I was thinking of cancelling my contract with MTN but thanks to this young lady I shall keep my business with MTN. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> She is a true assets to the company. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> Kind regards
