Excellent service

I would like to commend the MTN corporate section for the speed at which my new line request was processed . I called in and was asked to email my docs through. I was called back within an hour and was asked to complete my application over the phone. I had an approval SMS sent within the next hour and within 2 workings days received the correct phone and sim. <br> I app**** at Cell C and waited for more than 2 weeks for the same phone. I also made an application through the Istore canal walk and after a month no one had the decency to respond and let me know what's happening.
