Excellent Service

I called MTN to apply for my second contract onto the one I already have with them. I was transferred to a consultant named Prince Mhlongo. Usually when I speak to a sales consultant all I want to hear is the price so I decide to take it or not. He is confident lad and knows his products and explains it well that you understand the whole process of contract. I have a problem with MTN and their forever on hold problem and never going through to the consultant to help you. Since I spoke to the lad, he made me see MTN on a different level. I have a faulty device now and have been waiting forever for mtn to call and give me feedback on that. I am still awaiting for MTN to call me still about my device. It seems Prince is the only guy who is willing to assist me. if MTN hires lads Like Prince then in 10 years time it might just be the number 1 network service in RSA. Keep it going lad don't stop now.
