Excellent Service

I visited the Umhlanga branch to have my contract renewed on Friday 22.03.2019 and had a rather pleasant experience. I was greeted at the door, and directed to Cherity Xulu. She was extremely pleasant and ready to assist. After checking my details on the system, she offered me a package that suited my needs. She then printed the necessary documents for signature. The renewal was done within 10 minutes with no problems although the area had load shedding. I called Justine the branch manager to convey my appreciation for the excellent service that I received. Well done Cherity!
