Excellent service
I would like to commend the Grahamstown, PepperGrove Mall branch on their assistance in sorting out a complaint that I was repeatedly trying to get addressed by MTN head office. They offered excellent service in pursuing this complaint for SIX months until its resolution today. <br> I have always received excellent service from this branch.
