Excellent Service
Hi, want to compliment Sphelele Shange (Specialist RRU dept.) for his excellent service. I emailed him two weeks regarding my upgrade which I forgot about. Received an email from him today and a call from the retentions dept. confirming my upgrade. I really commend the prompt service provided by Sphelele. He definitely goes the extra mile to keep his customers happy.
