Excellent Service
I have been trying to upgrade since late last year and I was waiting for my device for almost a month so I decided to approach MTN in Polokwane (Schoeman Streer) on Monday the 8th January and the store didn’t have stock as well but on Wednesday morning I was called to go and collect my device. I’m very impressed by that excellent service, it clearly showed me that Mr Ramothopo Maake is dedicated to his work. He was very happy to help us, and very friendly. His excellent service reassured me that I should stick with MTN and for that I applause him, keep up the good work.
