Excellent service
I needed help with a new contract and sim swap etc - the normal - and even though MTN's processes are so very tedious, I received EXCELLENT service from a chap called Caleb Rosso this morning. He made my whole journey to MTN great and his customer service was excellent. Well done, Caleb, and thank you for making my day!! Christa
