Excellent Service
I have been trying to cancel a contract sold to my husband by telephone for 3 weeks. We have been to the main MTN Branch, phoned ********** 667 and had to stay on the line for over 30 mins sometimes and everything the call centre promised did not happen. Then today I phoned Customer services ********** 583 and spoke to Cia Munsami, what a wonderful helpful, patient and and informed MTN staff member. She went out of her way to explain everything and assist me. I would like her to be acknowledged for the service she gives MTN clients.
