Excellent Service

I want to give a big thumbs up to Sam who works at MTN, Zevenwacht Mall, Kuils River, Cape Town. He is friendly,helpful and very patient. Forgot my id or drivers licence and he went beyond his duties to verify my id through Home Affairs so that I did not have to come back to the store. Went for upgrade and after contract was done, explained everything again before I signed to verify that it is what I wanted. Really an assest to the company and just an overall wonderfull human being. Big thumbs up!
