Excellent Service

<p>I recently purchased a cellphone at the MTN Vangate store. I've been with vodacom for about 20 years and couldnt be hapier with the service at MTN. The salesperson Shaun Cook was faced with a dilema in that the item price refflected differently on the system than it did on the brochure. Even though it was out of his direct authority to override what was happening, he managed to make a few calls and assist me while I was in the shop. I accepted a manual invoice on the day and was emailed the system generated invoice the next day as promised. I value when customer oriented staff goes the extra mile to bring joy to customers. I give this man 10 out of 10 and I'll definitely send business that way, just about had it with vodacom anyways. I wa promised a cellphone cover which i've not received yet but I'm sure he'll come good on that. I receive regular calls from him informing me that stock hasn't arrived yet. So the communication is also excellent. Well done Shaun! Well done Mtn!!</p>
