Excellent MTN Irene Staff

My mother has been with MTN Network probably for the past 20 years and had a few bad experiences when upgrading where staff was very unproffesional and rude, but she still stayed loyal to the brand though. I must however applaud the way MTN Irene Mall's Staff, especially the Consultant, Kenneth, handle everyone with care and friendly professionalism, we were there around two weeks back to upgrade yet again and The paperwork was handled effortlessly, Taking time to make sure the phone and package is really what she wants and Especialy during this troubling and confusing times we are in, could have easily been a nighmare to go into a shop. Well done and thank you for Not letting us lose faith in your network.
