Excellent MTN

I just logged a MAJOR complaint about Telkom Mobile, and based on what happened figured I need to also say how impressive MTN were. I live in the UK, and in January this year I found that two debit orders were being taken from my South African bank account. As I haven't lived in the UK for 3.5 years, these were obviously *****ulant. One company was Telkom, who still haven't resolved the matter. MTN on the other hand were incredible. Within a day or two the account was stopped, and they were chasing me for a letter from my bank so they could do a refund. Honestly, I could not have been more impressed.
