Excellent experience!
Islam, Wasim and their Colleagues at Freeway Cellular at Trade Route Mall took the time to understand my requirements, how much I wanted to spend, what phone I wanted and the issues I had. They structured a deal to make me happy. Islam has a great attitude and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Islam is a true asset to the MTN brand, and I will be recommending Freeway Cellular at Trade Route Mall to all my friends. Keep up the excellent work, you are a real ambassador! <br> Very often I complain about MTN and the service I experience, especially through the Call Centre. But Islam and Wasim changed my views and made me feel like I was the only Client they had. They were truly amazing, well done!
