Excellent example of poor *********** uninformed service

I have been trying to upgrade for over 3weeks now. I wnted to get the Samsung A71 with the Samsung Active watch. As its a bundle I cant take thw phone , I have to wait for a watch. Nobody in MTN knows if and when they will receive stock of the watch eventhough it is advertised . Secondly they have have Black Friday starting on 20 November, so they will be agrivating more people by advertising goods they dont have. I loged a complaint on the MTN site, the only responce from them was that the complaint was transferred to their retention department. NOBODY bothered to contact me.
