Excellent Delivery and MTN Service

On the 4th June 2024 I opened a contract online and the agent was very helpful. My order was placed and they kept on updating me about my order using SMSs and emails. The official MTN page on Facebook was also very helpful since they respond within minutes and used to check my status everyday.

On the 10th I got a status that my order was submitted after calling rewardsco about their stock shortage SMS and my order was submitted, placed on hard reserve, picked and packed up. Got an email with DSV contacts and called them on the 11th to set an appointment.

Everything went well and was told that my parcel would be delivered on the 12th June and as stated the driver arrived exactly at 9am. He waited for 10 mins before I could go out and everything went well even the biometric scanner.

Great service from Mr Thato Mashigo from DSV....and MTN for the smooth journey. Keep up the good work.
