Excellent customer service recieved from Laura Spalding - MTN Liberty Midlands Mall

I would like to firstly state that My experience with MTN has been nonthig short of exhausting and frustrating, And till date a 3 month old query has still not been resolved, However I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service received from Laura Spalding at MTN, Liberty Midlands Mall. On every visit to the store she has always gone out of her way to assist as best as she could. Her patience and customer service skills are truly worth being noted. I wish we has more people with her personality in this field.
