Excellent Customer Service - Gloria Nene (MTN Lakeside Mall)

I would like to commend the excellent service given to my mom by service consultant at MTN Lakeside Mall Gloria Nene. She was extremely helpful in escalating my issue with sim swap and having it sorted out today after days of not having service. She was patient and understanding, made frequent follow ups until matter was resolved fully. She went above and beyond my expectations, this morning I was close to cancelling my contract with MTN but Gloria has me changing my mind. There are still good people out there and she is one of them. Thank you!
