Excellent customer service from MTN Chatsworth Store staff member Siyethemba

I was due for an upgrade on my existing contract with MTN, I have visited the Chatsworth store twice in the last 6 months and much to my disappointment was unable to secure an upgrade package that suited me as well as the current package, on both occasions i left the store feeling frustrated and even considered cancelling my contract and moving to another service provider. Unfortunately my old phone was on the brink of giving up and i had no choice but to visit the MTN store again. To my utter surprise and joy, I was assisted by the most pleasant individual that i think MTN has ever employed, Siyethemba was professional, helpful, friendly, understanding, courteous and he knows everything there is to know about MTN products and providing world-class customer service. I left the store a very happy and satisfied customer, with a new phone and awesome package to go with it. Thank you Siyethemba for the outstanding service, I hope MTN employs more staff like you going forward or sends your other colleagues for a course in developing there customer service s****s. It was certainly refreshing to be assisted by someone like you, as great and friendly customer service is hard to come by these days. Once again thank you and congrats on a job well done. It is evident that you are passionate about your job and that is why you excel at what you do. Thank you for also providing me with the knowledge about the data and minute packages that works best for me, you are the only one who guided me according to my needs unlike your colleagues who just told me about the generic offers which didn't meet my needs. I hope you are recognized for your outstanding work, i am confident i am not the only customer that was on the receiving end of your fantastic service. Well done Siyethemba!!!
