Excellent Customer Service from agent in Northgate MTN branch

I have been an MTN customer for close to 20 years but have been struggling to upgrade my phone for the last 4 months as none of the MTN stores or MTN affiliated stores have had stock of the phone I wanted and no-one seemed interested in assisting me

I was so irritated that I was looking at changing my service provider just to get a new phone. I then stopped at the Northgate branch whilst traveling past one day and was assisted by a lady Monica Petje. Whilst she also did not have stock, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. she saw how frustrated I was and immediately took responsibility and said she would assist. She took my number, managed to get a phone for me, called me two days later to say she had my phone and then met with me that day to sign all the documents and get me the phone. Through being proactive and assisting me, she solved my 4 month problem in two days and probably saved MTN from losing a long standing customer.
