Excellent Customer Service after a week of mediocre interactions

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nolubabalo Mathandabuzo at Monitor Administrators (MTN Insurance) , who deal with the insurance claims and provided excellent service.

After a week being frustrated with little communication and feedback from MTN and being told to contact several different departments, I had made a decision to not continue with MTN on the expiration of the contract after being a MTN contract subscriber for 15 years. My experience however with Nolubabalo changed my views on MTN and dealing with call centres. Nolubabalo was efficient and determined to resolve my queries and get the matter resolved. Her friendly and helpful attitude was very refreshing and greatly appreciated.Honestly most of the departments at MTN could take some training from her in customer service.
