EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>I called MTN several times over the week for the past 3 days and could not get my query ressolved, yesterday morning I called the customer service department and spoke to Keolin who was very friendly and eager to help me with my queury and he sure did. By the end of the call my query was ressolved and my phone line was activated again. I am in cunstomer service too and know Good service when I come accross one and this was an exceptional service. MTN you have a valuable asset in your hands, please take care of this yoing man and give him all the deserving recorgnition.
