Excellent customer service

I would like this opportunity to thank Itumeleng Net****angani for her exceptional service and her prompt attention to the various queries I had with MTN. Even though I was not happy with the outcome of one of my queries, which nonetheless will be attended to as a separate issue, I still appreciate the feedback I received form her even though it was not in my favour. All the other queries were resolved satisfactorily and received full attention. MTN needs more people like her, as unfortunately, this kind of service is rare to find in your company at this current stage.
