Excellent customer service
I've had two wonderful encounters with Moka at MTN Stoneridge branch with my cellphone claims I've had to submit. Moka was always helpful, professional and friendly especially after being traumatised when my phone was ******/lost and when it fell and the screen was shuttered. I was fortunate to be able to deal with her on both occasions and on both occasions she was friendly, helpful, professional and sympathetic. Thank you Moka and keep up the good work.
