Excellent customer service
Hi
I would like to compliment Ernest from MTN Direct for excellent service he provided weeks ago. After an extremely poor service I have received from one of MTN consultant, he really came forth and sorted the problem. And after a wholly two months of waiting, it only took him a week to resolve the problem and packages where delivered to me.
Such a commitment to great customer service is to be recommended.
