Excellent customer service!!!
Bianca has really gone the extra mile in assisting me with my sim swop.After visiting 3 MTN stores and contacting their call centre,nobody was able to assist me.Bianca made it her mission to ensure my phone was up and activated. She is a true definition of what customer service entails.Keep up the good work Bianca and continue in serving your clients with excellence.Regards Lyndon
