Excellent customer service

For the past few years as MTN customer my experience was not one of the best but I must admit that there is one person who make sure that she goes out of her way to give excellent customer service and her name is Twane Williamson. She is one of a kind within MTN, she try and help with anything regardless of the fact that is not her field or area of work and she make sure that she follow up to find out if the matter was resolved. I really have to admit she is one of the reasons I'm still with MTN network thanks again Twane and keep up the good work, I hope that MTN management give you the recognition that you deserve.
