Excellent Customer Service

Went to Queenswood MTN for contract upgrades after we had no joy from the Montana (Kolonnade) branch. Montana branch was suppose to give us a call back on the new S6 Egde mobiles that we placed an order for. After getting no response from Montana branch at the Kolonnade we went to MTN's Queenswood branch. Laurika was very friendly and assisted us immediately. She got everything sorted within minutes and told us that our mobiles will be delivered on Monday as she currently had no stock available. When I got there on Monday she had all the paperwork ready, sim swop ready to be done, with no hick-ups! ABSOLUTELY outstanding work and customer service from the Queenswood branch! <br> <br> Sad to say that Jakaranda and Montana branch are absolutely pathetic and should seriously get their act together! Many thanks to Laurika and team for awesome service and getting the job done without delay! Will most definitely deal with you again!
