Excellent customee service
In mid-May 2019 I had a cellphone repairs claim. I dealt with Quentin Pienaar from at the MTN Insurance department (Pinnacle Marketing). Quintin was very helpful, friendly and professional. He went the extra mile to explain the process of my claim and other insurance claim related matters of which I did not ask him about but he felt obligated to educate me. He was patient and articulate. Thank you Quintin for your assistance, professionalism and ensuring that my claim was expedited speedily and efficiently.
My sincere apology that I am only posting this feedback today, but I hope it will be received.
