I would like you to give these two ladies a High Five Lucretia Khunou from MTN Boulders in Midrand and Hazel from MTN claims department for the way they have assisted me from day when I reached out for help after I had struggled with MTN client services regarding listing my phone since they couldn't pick up the correct IMEI number on their system after I was ******.

Both ladies went a mile by ensuring that they communicated to me every step that was taken to resolve my query and this made me feel very important as a client regardless of the the struggle that I went through at 1st.
