Excellent client service
Good experience with MTN insurance, got my claim processed on time and my phone delivered fairly fast given the holidays in between. It took them 5 working days to do all that was required to settle my claim. Happy with the service and hope they can provide the same to their million other customers who are constantly complaining about their service.
