Excellent and Professional Service

On Saturday 31 January 2015 I inquired at the MTN store in Hillcrest about a possible upgrade to my phone and data bundle contracts. Jenevieve was the person that helped me. She was very professional and also very knowledgeable. I was amazed as here was a person that actually knew her subject and it looked like she was enjoying what she was doing. Within minutes she determined what my requirements were and made some interesting recommendations which made sense to me. After all the questions were asked and decisions made I was told that I can go and do some shopping and when I get back everything will be done. I was amazed that when I got back 2 hours later all forms were completed and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line and take my iPhone 6 and WiFi router and go home. Thanks for the excellent treatment I have received Jenevieve. It is highly appreciated. People like this should be treasured by their companies as they are real assets to them. I have never had such excellent service while upgrading as previously it was a nightmare. Well done Jenevieve.
