EXCELLENCE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MTN CONSULTANT
<p>I hereby wish to commend an excellent customer service by MTN consultant namely Millicent Moatse. My identity was used to open a ********** contract and i reported the case but my frastration was that i was not updated on the progress of resolving the case. But one day i called 808 which is the customer line and i was assisted by the above mentioned lady who since then kept me abreast until such time that the case was resolved.</p>
