Exceedingly poor service

I have repeatedly tried to access my voicemail service, but the system asks for a password - I have not created one and thus cannot access my voicemail. (Sadly, callers can leave messages)<br> 2 months ago I tried to sort this out:<br> I called the MTN \Call centre""; you will have to hold on for between 15-20 mins before reaching an agent!!! They told me that they had reset everything;I put the phone down and dialed the voice-mail - same issue \""please enter your password\"".<br> I then visited the MTN store in La Lucia mall - after queuing to see an agent"

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. Kindly note that the default password for voice mail is 1234.
