Exceeding all standards when it gets to the worst service company in the world.

Once again. MTN is just about the worst service company in the world. I have been with them for over 25 years. My monthly subs has changed over that time. But not their bad service. After asking them for a call back in February and March 2023, to discuss my upgrade, they eventually called me last week. I selected my new package and confirmed the delivery address with the lady. She said my new handset will be delivered within 5 days. Just now received a call from DSV, wanting to deliver my handset. Just to realize that MTN instructed them to deliver at an address I left 12 years ago in Springs. I confirmed my current delivery address, in Pretoria, when I spoke to the lady on Friday. Wow MTN. I should not ask this. But can your service get any worse. But I am sure it can. Every interaction with you, over the last 10 years have been a fight to get what I pay for.
