exceeded my expectations

I'd like to compliment two of there employees, lameez and Jarryd at Century City Cape Town MTN store for the excellent service they provided me yesterday. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, lameez and Jarryd's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Within a matter of minutes, they were able to port my number and the reason for the port from Cell C to MTN is purely service related Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with MTN for years to come.
