Ex Nashua Mobile Customers - Check Your Invoices

On conversion from Nashua Mobile to MTN, MTN have changed the terms of my contract without my consent. My data allowance has been reduced by more than half. From hardly ever exceeding my previous 250MB I am now being billed for data usage in excess of 100MB.

I logged this issue over a month ago and all I have to show for it is a ticket number.
Not a single contact, although they do profess in their automated response that they strive to resolve issues with their \Valued Customers"within \""5 business days\"". Commentary like that makes them look even more inept.

Send another email - and it goes back into the automation loop.

Clearly their tracking system does not trace and tag this request as way over desired SLA.
Come guys - this is basic stuff.

What's the solution - change my service provider?"""

Hello Iain W,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records the 250 MB data bundle is activated and data usage is over and above the 250 MB allocation.

Best regards
Mantoa
