EX Altech Autopage Business Client

MTN cell phone contracts taken out originally via Altech Autopage.<br> SME Business account.<br> Altech Autopage closes doors and all contracts linked to MTN is transferred into the hands of MTN.<br> Received the first billing via MTN dated 22.03.2016. <br> I am the Administrator of all contracts for the company. However, MTN website do not cater for Administrators of SME clients.<br> Unable to open MyAccount or profile on MTN database! Keeps requesting an MTN cell number!<br> Since Wednesday, 30.03.2016, I have emailed [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and telephoned. <br> MTN Service desk responds, \Thank you for your request. It has been logged directly to our Corporate support team for processing. A Support consultant will be in contact with you and issue you a reference number for your request.\" <br> Out of the 6 emails sent, only one response, with reference to [#***0]<br> One contract already expired on account: MTN re-activated!<br> Another contract only expires in August 2017: MTN de-activated!<br> Billing postal address incorrect.<br> Overcharged on billing without supporting documentation.<br> <br> I would like MTN to resolve these matters.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> "

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it has caused.

The system shows that the number ******3934 has been reactivated.
On the number ******5895 the deactivation date has been set for the 2016-05-06 as per 30 day notice.
For the number ******3412 it shows that it has been migrated to prepaid.

Please may you call 1761 if you are still experiencing problems with accessing the MTN website.
