Everywhere You Go, the spam will follow

Is MTN just ignoring their Customer Care help line? I do believe that’s the case. Are they punishing everyone for being loyal customers? Well if you are a Pay As You Go customer, the answer is a VERY BIG YES!

After every re-charge, I receive no less than 4 SPAM sms's from MTN. There is also no Opt Out available. I thought that unsolicited spam was against the law in South Africa? How can MTN then send us SPAM after every single time you re-charge with airtime? Then they also ignore the Customer Care emails. I send an email on 26 October 2016 and again on 15 November 2016. Without any Human response. Automated response and silence.

So MTN, STOP WITH THE SPAM and respond to service requests!

Reviewer Update

I have tried this numerous times and receive the same message every single time: "An error has occured, please try again later; or contact the Call Centre for further assistance."

I have also logged this issue by calling 173 a few times. Last call i was made, i was told that the issue was moved to you Merketing Division and they will sms me. THAT WAS ON WEDNESDAY. Can it possibly take this long to get a response?

And again, please explain to me how i can be BOMBARDED with SPAM and not have any possibility of opting out. Fix this as it is EXTREMELY annoying. I am not interested in any of these offers.
