Dear MTN,

I am righting on this platform because there's no other way to get hold of you. A contract has been open under my name and account and I have been trying to contact you with no avail. also, I would like to be refunded all the debit orders that have been deducted each month. the strange thing is that I have never had any contract with mtn before, but you are debiting my account monthly. I have tried calling and reporting this issue on this No ***) and I get transferred from one call center to another without any help and sometimes ignored for hours on a call.
