Everything just so painfully incorrect. Everyone has a different story and advice for the same issue. It takes many many phone calls and many days to resolve issues. Terrible service! Terrible advice! From coverage, to connectivity, to accounts to billing. The entire organization is just full of mistakes, not taking responsibility. Just flaw after flaw!
