Everything is bad

I received a message from MTN content saying thank you for subscribing to *** club for R39,99/weekly I just blocked that number as a spam. Tell me why when I bought airtime the whole R40 gone from my balance. Why would MTN subscribe our numbers to such things. MTN MUST IMPROVE THEIR S#, their reviews are not pleasant I mean only 1 star you should be concerned.
