EVERYONE CHECK YOUR MTN BILL
I am so disappointed in MTN how can they increase my bill by R600 for the month of November because their billing date changed. This does not make sense at all. I am not happy and feel they are robbing me. My normal billing date is the 16th and they changed it to the 5th so for 11 days earlier i have to pay R600 extra how is this possible. Something is very wrong here. MTN something needs to happen no ways am I paying extra for this.

26 Nov 2019, 19:01Since when do we pay a month in arrears. This was never the case i have had contracts with MTN for long and never had this issues. This is lies and *****ing our money. I am not happy with this response stop *****ing my money why must i pay additional fees by disputing my debit order . MTN is *****ing our money clearly trying to make their share price look good. Why if we pay a month in arrears when we take out a new contract we only get portion of our data. Why am i getting invoiced twice for the month but only got credited with data once. I will take this further.
