even worse response to **** service review

A month ago I complained that MTN handed me over AFTER I had cancelled my FTTH service with them and asked them to move my line to CoolIdeas, which they did.

They kept billing me without my knowledge and subsequently handed me over for non payment even though I cancelled the line with them and they confirmed it when they moved the line from MTN to coolIdeas...

After the complaint I received a call twice and the guy told me he would mail me...I AM STILL WAITING!!!
