Even MTN complaints department is just as USELESS!!! Run

MTN is a horrible service provider, even their complains department is useless, they will ignore your query and give you senseless answers for the sake of answering your emails. Iv never been this frustrated, they dont even have a direct number for contact, so they can give you ****py service, *********** service provider with *********** staff!!!
