Estate Late Transfer

It’s been 2 months since I’ve reported contract to be transferred of a deceased person. Been to same MTN store 20 times. Guess what still pending… call centre cannot help store. Multiple escalations, even submitted official complaint. Waiting the days to past as Ombud seems like the option to go. MTN such a disappointment!
